I produced ‘Outlander: The Experience’, a fully immersive Outlander-themed fan experience that put fans in the plotline on the brink of Season 7, for Cartwheel and Co and ultimately for Lionsgate.
Starting on the day of premiere (June 16) and extending through the following day, it was designed to bring the world of the series to life through a combination of show-themed programming, photo moments, performances, giveaways and more. It was an extravaganza, right in the heart of London at St Martin in the Fields by Trafalgar Square. I secured Partnerships with West End Live and the e5 Bakehouse to bring the event a bit more into Londoner’s view.
The event let fans step back in time and experience multiple elements of the series at once. The result was a spectacle the likes of which Outlander fans have never seen, and well over 5.5mm impressions.
